Debate. Diplomacy. Action.
Alabama Model United Nations, or ALMUN, is an annual model UN conference which takes place on the University of Alabama’s campus in early spring. The conference attracts students from the across the Southeastern United States, as well as students from across the nation. ALMUN prides itself in its ability to offer a diverse array of engaging committees spanning four distinct substantive branches: General Assemblies, Crisis, Specialized Agencies, and Press Corps. Each of these four branches offers the opportunity to engage in substantive debate focused on timely, global issues while considering the variety of perspectives held in world affairs.
