The Pan-European Council on Intelligence focuses on the state of the intelligence community in Europe. It will focus its attention upon several pressing topics in the modern world of intelligence-gathering, and will work as a collaborative body to address these topics. Agencies from across European countries, made up of randomly-grouped delegates, will work as units of a larger team to handle issues, as they arise, and produce comprehensive recommendations for modernizing the best practices on intelligence.

 

This committee will take unexpected turns, and will require delegates to apply their best skills in teamwork, negotiation, information-gathering, and espionage.
